Biostimulators

Biostimulators are injectable treatments designed to enhance the body’s natural collagen production, improving skin texture, firmness, and volume over time. Unlike traditional fillers that provide immediate results, biostimulators work gradually, promoting long-term skin rejuvenation. They help reduce wrinkles, restore lost volume, and improve overall skin quality by stimulating the natural regenerative processes. These treatments are often used for facial rejuvenation, skin tightening, and contouring, offering a subtle, natural-looking enhancement that continues to improve over several months. In addition, they can also increase:

Stem Cells

Reduce sagging skin on the face, improve facial volume, reduce wrinkles, and stimulate hair growth. Stem cells are used to stimulate the production of collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, fat, and bone, as well as to promote new hair growth and increase hair thickness. Dr. Dyson is currently injecting stem cells in concentrations ranging from billions to trillions. As we age, our cells become old, senescent, and dysfunctional. Umbilical stem cells are new, more youthful, and more viable than our aging cells. Stem cells are unique cells that can transform into specialized cells. For example, a stem cell can develop into a brain, bone, kidney, or skin cell. When introduced to parts of the body that are aging or have damaged cells, stem cells reproduce, replacing the old cells with new ones using the body’s natural healing processes for tissue repair and restoration. Two to three treatments, six weeks apart, are recommended. Results last up to two years. Intermittent touch-ups may lengthen results.

PRF/PRF GEL

All Natural, 100% Safe alternative to fillers. Growth factors obtained from your body have the potential to restore collagen, elastin, fat, and bone. PRF/PRF Gel captures these growth factors to rejuvenate the face and promote hair growth. PRF/PRF Gel is safe for use on the following areas: dark circles and hollows under the eyes, the cheeks, the temporal area, the lower third of the face, lips, the chin, the jawline, and the scalp for hair growth. Involves getting your blood drawn. Two to three treatments, six weeks apart, are recommended. Results last up to two years. Results may be lengthened by intermittent touch-ups.

Radiesse-Calcium Hydroxyapatite Filler

Composed of calcium hydroxyapatite suspended in an aqueous gel carrier. Stimulates fibroblasts (cells in your body) to produce collagen for up to one year and elastin for up to nine months after injection. Immediately smooth wrinkles – can be used for facial volume and lift. Hyper-dilute Radiesse can be used for crepey neck, abdomen, and hands to improve cellulite appearance on the thigh area, as well as for nonsurgical BBLs.

Sculptra – Poly-L Lactic Filler

Activates fibroblast cells, which produce collagen and elastin. Reduce wrinkles and restore volume. Sculptra is designed to help correct skin depressions, such as creases, wrinkles, folds, scars, hollow eye rings, and signs of degenerative aging. Used to rebuild the infrastructure in patients with facial lipodystrophy (loss of fat), causing a gaunt appearance – skin on bone. It can be used on the face, butt, and thigh area. An increase in volume is seen after one month. The most significant collagen and skin improvement is typically seen 3 to 6 months after treatment.

Bellafill – COLLAGEN/PMMA Filler

Bellafill is a bovine collagen with PMMA. Stimulates type I and III collagen. PMMA are microspheres that create a scaffold on which your new collagen can develop. Maintains a natural and youthful look. It gives the skin a beautiful glow and can also be used to help reduce the appearance of acne scars. It lasts up to 5 years.

Metamorphosis Procedure – Sculptra, PRF Gel, and Stem Cells

Complimentary combination therapy consisting of Sculptra, PRF Gel, and Stem Cells. Each one has bio-stimulating effects. This treatment offers a synergistic combination of biostimulators to enhance and amplify the results of treatment.

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Hyaluronic acid fillers are injectable treatments used to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. They work by attracting and retaining moisture, providing immediate plumping and hydration to the skin. These fillers provide a natural-looking enhancement, enhancing skin elasticity and reducing the appearance of fine lines and folds. Commonly used for lip augmentation, cheek contouring, and under-eye rejuvenation, hyaluronic acid fillers are a versatile and minimally invasive option for facial enhancement. Results are temporary yet long-lasting, with effects typically lasting several months before being gradually absorbed by the body.

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be injected under the eyes, into the temporal area, the cheeks, the lips, and the jawline. The results are seen immediately. Juvéderm and Restylane are the most popular hyaluronic acid fillers. Hyaluronic acid diminishes with aging. Hyaluronic acid absorbs up to 1000 times its weight in water, which gives the face volume.

The Restylane Family can be used to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, cheek augmentation, lip augmentation, perioral wrinkles, nasolabial folds, and chin augmentation for patients with chin retrusion.

The Juvéderm collection of Hyaluronic acid fillers can be used for the lips, cheeks, chin, smile lines, tear troughs (under the eyes), jawline, and the temple area.

Other hyaluronic acid fillers include Versa and Belotero Balance:

  • Versa can be used to increase volume and smooth fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Belotero is used to smooth moderate to severe etched-in facial lines and wrinkles.

Wrinkle Relaxers (NEUROTOXINS/Neuromodulators)

Wrinkle relaxers known as neurotoxins or neuromodulators relax the nerves to the muscles where they are injected. The effect is local. It does not spread to other parts of the body. Botox was the first neurotoxin used for cosmetic purposes, has been used for cosmetic purposes since 2002. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin , and Jeauveau, and Daxxify, and Jeuveau are currently used in the U.S. Xeomin does not have the extra protein that Botox and Dysport have. Therefore, patients are less likely to to develop immunity to it which may occur Botox and Dysport.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy was pioneered in France in 1952 by Dr. Michel Pistor. In 2004, Dr. Dyson was trained by Dr. Jules Marthan in the United States and on-site in France, who received his training from Dr. Michel Pistor. Mesotherapy has a wide range of applications for cosmetic purposes.

Mesolift

Creates rejuvenation of the skin through the addition of vitamins, antioxidants, hyaluronic acid, or DMAE, which stimulate cell growth, protect cell membranes from the aggression of free radicals, and increase the production of collagen and elastic fibers. This results in increased tone of the face, neck, and decollete. Mesolift, a nonsurgical facelift, involves multiple superficial injections to the face, neck, and decollete. The technique offers an advantage over the topical application of vitamins, antioxidants, and DMAE. The components are injected slightly below the skin surface and, therefore, bypass absorption by the skin surface. Improvement in skin tone and glow is usually visible after one month of treatment, depending on the skin’s pre-treatment condition. The combination of chemical peels and Mesolift provides a greater rejuvenating effect.

Mesoglow involves microdermabrasion followed by the French technique of nappage (which uses a needle but does not pierce the skin) to apply vitamins, antioxidants, and DMAE.

Additional Mesotherapy Applications

Fat-dissolving, scar reduction, and hair growth can also be achieved by injecting amino acids directly into the scalp and injecting vitamins and minerals, and amino acids directly into the scalp for hair growth. Requires 3 sessions minimum.

Stem Cell Hair Restoration

Stem cell hair restoration is a regenerative treatment designed to stimulate hair growth and improve scalp health. This procedure harnesses the body’s natural healing properties by using stem cells to encourage the regeneration of hair follicles. It helps strengthen existing hair, increase thickness, and promote the growth of new hair in areas affected by thinning or hair loss. The treatment is minimally invasive and works by enhancing blood circulation and delivering essential growth factors to the scalp. Over time, patients may notice an improvement in hair density and quality, making it a promising option for those seeking a natural approach to hair restoration.

Stem Cells

Contain exosomes that deliver growth factors that stimulate hair growth. Exosomes promote hair cell survival, enhance hair follicle health, and improve nutrient delivery to hair follicles. Exosomes play a role in preventing hair loss. Stem cells are applied topically with a dermal roller or injected directly into areas of hair thinning on the scalp. Dr. Dyson is currently injecting stem cells in concentrations ranging from billions to trillions.
